TCDD Teknik, which works with TÜBİTAK Rute for the domestic and national production of the Automatic Train Stopping System (ATS), continues to develop the device to maximize safety in railways. With the ATS system, moving trains are allowed to control speed and brakes in accordance with their location on their routes and the status of the railway signaling system. The domestic ATS system, which has passed laboratory tests and field tests successfully, is planned to be actively used in railway safety in the future.

COMPATIBLE WITH INTERNATIONAL SIGNAL SYSTEMS

ATS Interface Card and ATS Roadside Magnet developed by TCDD Teknik and TÜBİTAK RUTE; It works compatible with the signal systems of SIemens, Alstom, BombardIer and HItachI companies. While the hardware and software to be used in the ATS On-Board System are developed on an infrastructure in accordance with Rail System Standards, it is stated that it will have the appropriate architecture to be certified. While the ATS On-Board System is designed to allow additional functions to be added as needed, with the implementation of the project, costs will be reduced, spare materials and ease of maintenance will be provided, and external dependency will be reduced.
