On the first day of the program;
Rail Vehicles and Energy Management, Urban Rail Systems, Financial and Administrative Affairs, Engineering and Consultancy Presentations were made by the Signaling and Technology - Asset Management directorates. In the process that continued with the vision presentation of General Manager Mr. Mustafa Özdöner, Strategic Plan and Performance Indicators evaluations were completed in the afternoon sessions.

On the second day of the program;

Memorandum Meetings: Memorandum meetings were held with all technical units regarding mutual Performance Scorecard Development reports.

Workshops: Group studies were carried out within the scope of team games and Performance Indicator Development Workshop.
