The 2024-2028 Strategic Plan Workshop, organized by the Strategy and Project Management Directorate, in Kızılcahamam, has been completed.

Speaking at the opening, TCDD Technical General Manager Mustafa Özdöner wished that the workshop would be beneficial. Stating that the work done in line with the TCDD Technical future vision is valuable, Özdöner evaluated the purpose of the workshop as follows: "We aim to evaluate our past successes, analyze the current situation and draw a strategic road map for the next 5 years. The transportation sector, technological developments and customer needs are constantly changing. We will work to cope with these challenges and move our institution further.”

Expressing that they aim to establish a sustainable structure, Özdöner emphasized that human resources are important in this structure and said: "We are working to reduce our personnel loss. We know that we will become stronger and continue to develop with our employees. In this direction, we are taking some steps within the scope of the new human resources structuring. We have systematized performance management and redefined duties and positions.

After the evaluations of the Directors about the activities of 2023, presentations of Business Development activities and Strategic Plan studies were made. SWOT, mission, vision, core values, purpose and target cards were created during group work in the afternoon session.

On the second day of the workshop, the group leaders discussed the results obtained during the studies. In the next session, a presentation was made by Asu Özbilgin about the new human resources organization.
