The main agenda item of the high-level meeting was the modern railway training center project planned to be established by Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) in order to increase the qualifications and develop the competencies of its employees. At the meeting, all the details of this strategic training center, which will be implemented for the needs of the Azerbaijani railway sector, were discussed.

As a result of the interviews, it was determined that the project is of critical importance; Discussions were held regarding the design processes, construction of the center (construction works) and training consultancy services to be provided by TCDD Teknik with the support of TCDD (State Railways of the Republic of Turkey).
