Your personal data may be processed by TCDD Technical Engineering and Consulting Inc. (“the Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPA”) within the scope described below. 2. METHOD OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed based on the legal ground of legitimate interest, as stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law), within the scope of evaluating your requests and complaints.

You may submit requests regarding the rights listed above to our Company using the methods specified in the relevant legislation. Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be processed free of charge within the shortest possible time and no later than thirty days; however, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
6. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is stored and destroyed in accordance with the periods and procedures specified in the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Procedure.
